Cancellation Policy
** All minors under 12-18 must be accompanied by adult ** ++ NO CHILDREN PERMITTED DURING YOUR FACIAL ++
To secure and hold your appointment, a non-refundable $30 deposit is required by Zelle to (323)496-9540.
There is no cancellation fee for no call, no-shows or last minute cancellations, HOWEVER the $30 deposit WILL NOT be refunded if the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance.
You may reschedule your appointment within 24 hours without losing your deposit.
Any rescheduling requests made after 24 hours will require a new non-refundable $30 deposit to secure a new appointment.
If you are 10 minutes late you automatically forfeit your appointment + deposit and considered a no-show.
